7 Things EMS Well-Being
Well-being is widely misunderstood and often not considered until it is
too late. This 7 Things EMS on well-being is presented by an EMS provider
who has been there and done something about it. James Boomhower
founded stayfit4duty.org and is pursuing his Master's in Clinical
Psychology. His discussion with Dan in this session covers a wide range of
real and practical components of well-being that are surprisingly easy and
intuitive. If you're in need of support after reviewing this presentation and quiz please don't hesitate to connect with a close friend, family member,or colleague, 988, or if you're in crisis 911.
